About the role: Our client is seeking a highly-skilled Technical Account Manager to work closely with their enterprise customers on the technical integration and product adoption. You are analytical, a coach, passionate about technology and have fantastic client facing skills.

About the Role:

  • The Technical Account Manager is responsible for successfully onboarding enterprise ecommerce retailers to the solutions. As a platform expert the TAM will identify customer trends (usage, needs etc’) and use this knowledge to create and deliver bespoke solutions to the clients.
  • You will work to understand and anticipate the needs of the customers, and then, you’ll use your technical prowess to maximize the effects of the products on their business.
  • You’ll dig into the nitty-gritty of the automated repricing and advertising tools, become a power user, and then help build highly-customized plans-of-action for the online sellers they work with.
  • You’ll collaborate across the team, creating exciting and profitable solutions to meet customers’ objectives and overcome challenges.

About you:

  • You are persuasive and persistent. You know how essential the technology is to businesses, and you are not afraid to make that clear to clients.
  • You are an analytical decision-maker. You are capable of balancing multiple priorities and foreseeing potential challenges.
  • You’re a technical whiz and an ecommerce expert. You got your feet wet at a software company or in data analytics, and now, you’re more than ready for a deep dive. You understand the mechanics of the ecommerce space, and just how Big Data makes the online marketplace tick. You’re fascinated by artificial intelligence, and never stop learning about what’s around the corner for the world of ecommerce.
  • You’re a top-notch relationship manager. You project confidence and trustworthiness. You’re an enthusiastic and active listener, and empathy is your strength.
  • You’re used to working on a large scale. You’ve managed big, multi-level, multi-interface accounts, and you can collaborate with anyone from technicians to C-levels. You feel at home when there’s a lot going on.
  • You have 4+ years’ experience in technical account management, sales or customer success positions, with a software company, preferably in SaaS. You have a BA/BS degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
  • You have advanced Excel skills, knowledge of SQL – a major plus.
  • Any experience in the advertising space is a plus.
