About our client: Our client is a global leader in the SaaS cybersecurity disrupting the ad-verification space. The company’s mission is to help sustain the digital ecosystem by protecting customers’ funnels, sites, and analytics from bots and fake users.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Manger to join the Marketing team to help drive pipeline growth and revenue through Database / CRM Marketing and Automation. You will be well versed in marketing automation and operations, email marketing, prospect and customer nurturing, lead generation, lead scoring, funnel optimization and measurement We are looking for a results and data-driven marketer, with a robust playbook and a track record in scaling a SaaS growth-marketing operation.

Responsibilities for the Senior Marketing Operations Manger:

  • Drive meaningful pipeline and revenue growth via Database / CRM Marketing
  • Manage end-to-end automated campaigns and funnels: from concept, through set up & segment and ends with analysis & optimization.
  • Continuously experiment: execute A/B tests on email concepts, subject lines, content, CTAs, sending times, layouts, and more.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters while optimizing the content continuously.
  • Build a diverse experience with several marketing materials like case-studies in order to create automated, triggered, and transactional programs.
  • Monitor and analyze ongoing campaigns and end results, to deliver recommendations based on insights and troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Work closely with the sales team in order to optimize the lead sales cycle and build a lead scoring system with suggestions to the sales team.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing automation and/or CRM Marketing for a B2B SaaS company – mandatory.
  • Understanding of email best practices for email creatives, templates, metrics and associated KPIs, segmentation, dynamic content, and testing methodologies.
  • Experience with marketing automation /email marketing platforms such as
  • Hubspot / Marketo / Pardot or similar
  • Basic + knowledge of HTML and content management systems (WordPress and advantage)
  • Experience working with marketing analytics tools across large sets of data and numbers.
  • Experience with lead nurturing funnel management.
  • Fluent English – spoken & written
