Our client is a high growth and successful global Software-as-a-Service marketing analytics platform enabling marketers to see the impact of all data and marketing activity across channels with patent-pending technology. About the opportunity

The Senior Account Manager will join our Account Management team which plays a key role in our success and is essentially the ultimate owner of the client relationship once it transitions from sales and/or professional services.

S/he will take a lead role and will be responsible for ensuring our clients are happy, that they are utilizing the platform to the full extent and that they are growing their commercial relationship.

The Account Management team works in partnership with Sales to execute upsell opportunities while coordinating with Client Success Leads to ensure that the client is being properly supported during each phase of their lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a senior role within the team and help support, develop and grow the team as one successful unit
  • Own the client relationship upon transition from sales, including setting expectations for every stage in the client’s life-cycle
  • Manage client relationships, ensure client’s satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and develop a strong understanding of client’s core objectives and challenges
  • Develop loyalty, build long-term relationships and expand existing accounts
  • Collaborate with Client Success team to ensure customer’s needs are proactively met
  • Proactively identify ways, plan, implement and manage processes for growing clients’ usage of the platform
  • Update/check-in with the client leadership regularly during the onboarding phase of the engagement and following that stage

Qualifications:

  • 12-15 years of proven success managing client relationships and experience managing a team
  • Demonstrated success of working with Enterprise Customers and growing the business
  • SaaS OR advertising & marketing experience/ Advertising Agency experience (preferred)
  • Excellent leadership and influencing skills with the confidence and maturity to have instant credibility, internally and externally
  • Solid commercial and financial awareness with capable knowledge of complex measurement and metrics for customer retention and upsell
  • Exceptional Project management capabilities
  • Previous commercial experience, preferably in the technology sector
  • Degree in business management (preferred)
