About our client: Our client is a global leader in the SaaS cybersecurity disrupting the ad-verification space. The company’s mission is to help sustain the digital ecosystem by protecting customers’ funnels, sites, and analytics from bots and fake users.

Our client’s global HR team is seeking an experienced HR Professional to join and take full ownership of the HR and Talent Acquisition processes and support the growing team. In this role you will have the opportunity to build long-lasting partnerships with the employees and managers, creating innovative hiring strategies for various teams on the one hand and then supporting the full employee lifecycle that follows, on the other.  This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a proactive, creative, outgoing, well rounded, fun and energetic person who can play a key role in enhancing their unique culture through growth and scale.

Responsibilities are two-fold:

HRBP:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing support to employees and managers within the US & LATAM team.
  • Work closely with the HR VP on planning and implementing various HR policies
  • Execute global and local HR programs and processes (e.g., talent management, organizational planning, performance management, development planning, compensation planning)
  • Support managers with ongoing partnership and insight to data, findings and recommendations by assessing trends in performance, span of control, employee engagement, manager feedback, attrition and turnover, etc.
  • Tackle problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex; design and quickly implement solutions
  • Coach and influence managers on how to build an amazing team
  • Partner with the global HR team to effectively execute the people strategy

Talent Acquisition:

  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process in North America which includes supporting the hiring managers with JDs, sourcing, screening, interviews and being proactive in pushing this process forward (with support from the Israeli based recruitment team)
  • Build relationships with all hiring managers across the U.S. & LATAM team, providing guidance in search strategy development, diverse candidate sourcing and translating business strategy into talent and recruitment strategy
  • Proactively review business needs and help hiring managers think holistically about talent solutions across the business

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of HR/recruitment experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Experience supporting Go-To market skill sets including sales, pre-sales, professional services and/or customer success
  • Proven track record of building relationships with internal counterparts and acting as trusted advisor
  • Exceptional sourcing skills, engaging and attracting passive candidates, building diverse pipelines and creating strategies for first-in-kind searches
  • Up-to-date knowledge & understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Proven track record of successfully positioning as a trusted partner and impacting teams and leaders.
  • Ability to thrive in a learning environment, embrace new ideas and independent problem solving
  • Experience in digital advertising / marketing space is a plus
  • A love for Data. You enjoy making sense of the trends and using the insights to better your process to make it more efficient.
