The production team is driving our rapid growth via product innovation and high pace product development. The Category Experience Group focus is building unique experience for each vertical on the marketplace. We have millions of buyers across more than 150 subcategories and we develop beautiful products that help them buying digital service via great customer experience. As the Head of the Category Experience Group you will lead the multiple areas on the platform that combines UX, frameworks and algorithms. You will head a multidisciplinary group of product managers, developers, and designers that uses the latest technologies and product design concepts, building great e-commerce experience. Responsibilities:

- Lead a multidisciplinary group of product managers, developers, analysts and designers.
- Lead the research and exploration of new initiatives.

- Interact with other groups maximizing the impact on growth and business.
Requirements:
- Product executive with proven track record of making an impact.
- 7+ years of relevant experience leading product and product development teams.
- A Leader, with experience of building and leading groups of 20+ members.
- Strong ability translating opportunities and needs into products and features.
- Savvy learner, avid listener, articulated communicator and presenter.
- Very strong product sense, UX and logical reasoning.
- Consumer/Web experience is a strong advantage.
- R&D background is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast paced internet startup environment.
- /BSc. in Computer Science/Math/Engineering/Physics.
