About our client

Our client is disruptive global SaaS analytics funded startup for the hospitality industry focused on generating revenue for hotel groups using disruptive Saas platform. They are funded in major growth mode and seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their startup NYC office! Role offers major growth, ability to use client success client success skill set (account management and upselling), base, bonus plan and fantastic benefits!

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for your customer’s life cycle and wellbeing, as well as renewal rate. We are looking for a relationship builder, entrepreneurial spirit and passion for travel/hospitality!

Responsibilities for Customer Success Manager:

  • Overall accountability for your customers’ success
  • Present and travel to clients to deliver insights and build relationships!
  • Be the focal point: Develop and deliver analyses, reports, and QBRs
  • Cross sell and upsell products and handle hospitality accounts
  • Develop strong relationship with customers to deliver retention and growth
  • Communicate customer feedback and requirements to improve products
  • Maintain accurate salesforce booking and risk forecast
  • Establish a trusted strategic advisor relationship with each client and drive continued value of products and services

Customer Success Manager should ideally have:

  • 2-3 years of account management / customer success/client success experience in a technology firm with a passion for travel!
  • SAAS, Agency, Hospitality background highly desirable
  • Ability to own your client book in a fast paced environment
  • Outstanding troubleshooting skills within technology industry
  • Self-starter capable of thriving in a small, intense, and high growth startup environment!
  • Travel up to 25% of your time to client sites
  • Entrepreneurial spirit!
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to speak with and present to customer C-Level
  • Experience within Hospitality industry or Web technologies ideal such as: AB Testing and Web Analytics

Salary

$50,000 – $70,000 + bonus+ equity
